Chemical Peel Acid versus Corian Countertop

This is a really good reminder that acids are dangerous. I will take this as a reminder that I should ALWAYS have neutralizer standing by--and I should ALWAYS wear gloves when working with chemical peel agents!

These two drops fell from a bottle of 100% TCA, and they etched out those pits before I could do anything about it. They may seem small, but they are very apparent on my Corian countertop, which isn't cheap.
